Minneapolis voters must have completed ballot
In an email to Twin Cities students, faculty, and staff on Tue, Oct 20, University of Minnesota President Joan Gabel announced Northrop is a new drop-off location for absentee ballots. She writes:
Returning your ballot is now easier than ever. Working with the Minnesota Student Association and the City of Minneapolis, we have added an official absentee ballot drop off location at Northrop on the East Bank. You can securely drop off your completed ballot at the tent outside Northrop's ground floor, east side doors from:
- 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekdays
- 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturdays and noon to 5 p.m. on Sundays
- 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Mon, Nov 2
- 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Election Day, Nov 3
Remember, this location is only for those voting in Minneapolis who are returning completed ballots. You cannot request or cast a ballot at this location.
