Northrop is looking for a motivated Student Backstage Tech Support to join our backstage production team. Working closely with full-time professional staff, this role will gain hands-on experience in audio, video and lighting operations. Duties include event set up and tear down, backstage custodial tasks, working events, locking up the theater afterward and other duties as assigned by the stage manager. This is a part-time, event-based position during both the school year and the summer with a pay rate of $15.25 per hour. Applicants must be undergraduates currently enrolled at the UMN with the ability to lift 50 pounds. The capacity to work weekends and/or evenings, as needed, is also required.
