The Major University Presenters (MUPs) Consortium, a network of 22 university-affiliated performing arts centers, seeks an Administrator to facilitate consortium activities and provide administrative coordination. MUPs aims to enhance organizational capacities, foster community interactions, curate diverse programming, and secure robust capital and philanthropic support for arts organizations in higher education.
The MUPs Administrator fosters effective collaboration among chief executives at both in-person and virtual gatherings. Responsibilities include but are not limited to coordinating meetings, planning event logistics, record-keeping, maintaining communication platforms, collecting and sharing data, onboarding new members, and managing membership dues and project fees. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of the arts in higher education; industry connections; experience facilitating group processes; strong organization and collaboration skills; proficiency with communication and data-sharing technologies; and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
