Graphic Design/Video Production Intern

The Graphic Design Intern is a member of the Business Development & Customer Support team and supports a variety of design and other projects that support the mission of Northrop while giving the intern opportunities to learn and explore new skills. Job duties support Northrop’s programming of dance, music, comedy, and live podcast performances; films; and academic and engagement activities with goals of increasing visibility, deepening engagement, selling tickets, driving attendance, fundraising, and contributing to arts education. The Graphic Design Intern follows all Northrop and UMN brand and style guides, and upholds the mission, vision, and values of Northrop and the UMN at all times.

This is a part-time, ongoing, flexible U of M student position. The Intern works 10-20 hours per week, arranged around the student’s schedule between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday–Friday during the academic year, and during summer and school breaks based on the needs of the department and student’s availability. This position requires some weekend and/or evening hours as needed, based on the schedule of Northrop’s events. The pay is $15/hr.
