A Family Fun Day… For Free!

How Wonderland Family Fun Day at Macy's and Wonderland from Canada's Royal Winnipeg Ballet can inspire everyone in the family!

I am one of six. Yes, six. And although I am not a mother myself, I sometimes feel like it. I know that after getting the kids out of bed, making sure Cheerios are finished, teeth are brushed, and pants are on, there is still a job to do. We must entertain for the day. We try to engage our kids (or brothers and sisters) in something educational, beneficial, and fun (and hopefully not make a mess along the way).

So what is the solution?

Wonderland Family Fun Day at Macy's.

This Saturday Macy's downtown Minneapolis hosts an afternoon of FREE FUN.

Inspired by this week's performance of Canada's Royal Winnipeg Ballet in Wonderland, Macy's will entertain families with a tea party, face painting, balloon twisting, crafts, special treats, and autograph signing! Real characters from the show will be there to take pictures with, so make sure to bring your camera! Let your kids indulge their naturally creative sides, while being exposed to world-class art and culture through the playful, captivating production of Wonderland!

But that's not all!

If you and your kids are one of the first 20 customers to purchase $100 in the kids department (hello new coat and mittens!), you will receive a FREE 4-pack of tickets for this Sunday's matinee show of Wonderland-the fantastical dance reinterpretation of Alice's Adventures in Wonderland at the Orpheum Theatre, which will entertain the whole family for another afternoon! 

And, if you already have tickets to this weekend's performance, make sure to bring them to Macy's Family Fun Day! If you show them with a purchase of $10 or more, you get a free Macy's star cookie!
