Dance Theatre of Harlem strives to bring dancers of all ages and backgrounds together to participate in a fun and engaging ballet class taught by Derek Brockington. This class is designed to tone, strengthen, and increase flexibility and agility through a traditional classical ballet barre warmup, followed by fundamentals of ballet technique. Join us for an inspired workout for all levels. Participants should dress in loose-fitting clothing with socks or ballet shoes and have a chair nearby for balance. No dance experience, level, or age requirement is needed.
