Grammy Award-winning violinist and composer Mark O'Connor, backed by the driving finesse of bassist Jon Burr and guitarist Frank Vignola, sets jazz swinging. Violin-and-guitar designs of Stephane Grappelli and Django Reinhardt are the inspiring force.
Both O'Connor and Burr performed with the grand old man of jazz violin; at age six Vignola was playing along with Reinhardt recordings. In this concert they fuse vintage influences with originality that's totally their own.
