Atrium

A welcoming gathering place, the Northrop Atrium spans three floors, offering dramatic views of the first floor lobby from the second and third floor crossover bridges. The finishes take their cues from the terrazzo, marble, and brass of the Memorial Hall entryway. A dynamic social energy is created at events with audiences visible on all levels, and the beautiful medallion sculptures retired from the previous theater proscenium arch are given a new place of prominence for all to admire. Art exhibits, receptions, concerts, and dance performances have all delighted audiences in this space.
