All concert tickets will be at Will Call. No postal mail or print at home delivery. Will Call names are non-transferrable. No Will Call name changes or alternate pickups on any order.

Picking Up TicketsWe want to make picking up your tickets as easy as possible. Because all tickets are Will Call only, we encourage you to arrive early, and have your picture ID ready.

All tickets must be picked up at Will Call, which will open at 6:00 pm. No postal mail or print at home delivery is offered. Will Call names are non-transferrable and you must present a valid ID that matches the name on the order.

Ticketholders whose last name starts with A-H should pick up their tickets from the Ground Floor East Box Office, which is the closest entrance to the Church Street and Nolte parking ramps. Ticketholders whose last name starts with I-R should pick up their tickets from the Level One Atrium. Ticketholders whose last name starts with S-Z should pick up their tickets from the Ground Floor West Box Office, on the Pleasant Street side.

Every effort will be made to keep the lines moving quickly, but please dress for the weather as there may be lines outside.

Coat check will be available at both Ground Floor East and West.
