AN INTIMATE INTRODUCTION TO THE NORTHROP ORGAN

As part of the inaugural weekend of Northrop's restored organ and in conjunction with the Minnesota Orchestra’s concerts, An Intimate Introduction to the Northrop Organ will provide a special opportunity to additionally explore the sonic resources of the University of Minnesota’s Aeolian-Skinner pipe organ. Host Michael Barone, U of M Organist Dean Billmeyer, and a roster of local soloists will perform solo repertoire at this free event designed to reveal the extraordinary breadth and depth of the instrument.
